I am a natural history cinematographer, biologist and wildlife tracker based in Missoula, Montana. I specialize in filming wildlife behavioral sequences for blue-chip natural history documentaries, as well as natural history elements for a wide variety of documentary films and media. My particular skill set includes long lens, gimbal, remote cameras (Cognisys), drone (Part 107 Certified), and a wide variety of additional specialized equipment. In addition to my camera work, I am a dedicated naturalist and a Professional Tracker certified by Tracker Certification North America’s rigorous evaluation process. This set of skills and specialized knowledge is fundamental to my approach when filming secretive wildlife.

I have significant experience working in remote areas, with severe weather and challenging conditions, often with small teams for long periods of time.
